Primal Health & Fitness offers strength and conditioning programs performed in small group settings. While our programs are designed to get results, they’re also scalable making it perfect for any committed individual regardless of experience or current fitness level. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. Classes are limited in size. No more being lost in a sea of people.  Everyone gets the attention they need to ensure a safe and effect workout.

We are not your typical gym or health club, offering the same routine. Instead, we teach proper use of functional equipment such as kettle bells, pull-up bars, barbells, medicine balls, etc. Then we combine that with primary movements such as running, jumping and lifting, resulting in the best fitness training available. The workouts are constantly changing so you’re never bored, and you’re guaranteed a full body workout.
